某些运行水电站,水轮机的出力受到气蚀条件即运转特性曲线上H_s线的限制。受到限制是由于各种不同的原因:下游河床冲刷,在水电站下游设有支撑结构物,水力机组超名牌出力运行。这样的水电站要求研究在原型情况下气蚀对水轮机运行参数的影响。除了有实际意义外,原型试验对解决这种复杂问题,诸如气蚀方面范围因素的问题或气蚀侵蚀问题具有很大的科学价值。
The output of some hydropower stations and turbines is limited by the cavitation conditions, ie, the H_s line on the operating characteristic curve. Restrictions are due to a variety of reasons: downstream riverbed erosion, support structures downstream of the hydropower station, and output of super-brand hydraulic power units. Such a hydropower station requires the study of the effect of cavitation on turbine operating parameters under prototype conditions. Except for practical significance, prototype tests are of great scientific value in solving such complex problems as the issue of the extent of cavitation erosion or cavitation erosion.
