山西作为资源和能源大省,作为国家新型能源和工业基地,能否实现又好又快发展,不仅关系到山西全面建设小康社会目标的实现,更关系到整个国家经济全面协调和可持续发展。因此,这些年来,山西省委、省政府按照科学发展观要求,解放思想,实事求是,勇于开拓,不断改革,探索走出四条符合山西实际的新路子,确保山西经济社会又好又快发展,努力实现“三个跨越”。
As a province of resources and energy, as a new national energy and industrial base, Shanxi can achieve sound and rapid development. It not only affects the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way in Shanxi, but also affects the overall coordination and sustainable development of the entire country's economy.
