企业战略管理是一个企业生存与发展的核心所在。而目前大多数企业在企业管理中即使制定了战略,也很难有效地执行,达到预期战略目标。平衡计分卡既是企业绩效管理工具,也是企业在战略管理中应用的一种战略管理工具,可将战略转化为可执行的语言,解决企业战略执行力的问题。本文以平衡计分卡作为提升企业战略执行力的角度,从平衡计分卡与战略管理的关系出发,了解了衡计分卡在企业战略管理中的应用原则、应用步骤。
Enterprise strategic management is the core of an enterprise’s survival and development. At present, most enterprises in the business management even if the formulation of the strategy, it is difficult to effectively implement the expected strategic goals. Balanced scorecard is not only an enterprise performance management tool, but also a strategic management tool used by enterprises in strategic management, which can translate strategy into executable language and solve the problem of enterprise strategy execution. In this paper, we use Balanced Scorecard as an example to enhance the execution ability of enterprise strategy. From the relationship between Balanced Scorecard and Strategic Management, we understand the application principle and application steps of Balanced Scorecard in enterprise strategic management.
