Objective To understand the food testing ability of disease control laboratories in cities and counties of Shanxi Province and to provide reference for strengthening the food testing ability in the laboratory of CDC. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on CDC CDC Results A total of 117 questionnaires were collected. The municipal CDC certification rate was 54.5% and the county-level CDC was 10.3%. On average, each city-level CDC had 12.4 food inspectors and 19.8% of senior professional titles. The academic qualifications mainly ranged from undergraduate and junior college level Accounting for 53.4% and 30.1%, respectively, with the largest proportion being 36.0% in the age group of 40 to 50 years, and the number of municipal disease control checkable items in 54.5% was> 60, but the number of accepted samples was relatively small; on average, There are 5 inspectors, senior professional titles and bachelor degree or above accounted for a lower proportion of age concentrated in 30 years old to 40 years old and 40 years old to 50 years old two age groups, accounting for 35.6% and 36.7%. 83% of county-level disease control inspection items <20, and the number of samples accepted declined year by year. Conclusion The development of food inspection laboratories in CDCs of cities, counties and cities across the province is still lagging behind. The problems of low qualification rate and insufficient inspection capacity are prominent. It is necessary to increase input and strengthen construction.
