2002年6月10日,中国证监会党委理论中心组组织学习江泽民总书记5月31日在中央党校省部级干部进修班毕业典礼上发表的重要讲话。证监会党委书记、主席周小川同志主持了中心组学习。大家在学习讨论中一致认为,江总书记“5·31”重要讲话,是在重要历史时期发表的一篇十分重要的文献,讲话体现了“三个代表”重要思想,在理论上有许多新的突破,既坚持了马克思主义基本原理,又结合新实际丰富和发展了马克思主义。
