青少年作为社会发展的未来,人格修养不仅是其个人全面健康发展的重要内容,更是社会文明发展的核心。基于教育对个体人格教育完善之价值的思考向度,通过对儒家修己达人思想的解读和文教功能的重审,发挥教师、生活、媒体的多元因素,在教育实践活动中构建儒家人格,对弥合传统与现代生活之鸿沟,填平生命异质化之裂隙意义重大。
As the future of social development, adolescents are not only the important content of the comprehensive and healthy development of their personalities, but also the core of social civilization. Based on the orientation of education on the value of individual personality education, through the interpretation of Confucianism, self-cultivation and reexamination of cultural and educational functions, the author takes full advantage of the multiple factors of teachers, life and media and constructs Confucian personality in educational practice activities. Bridging the gap between traditional and modern life, filling the fissure of life heterogeneity is of great significance.
