水利工程在规划设计时,必须进行设计洪水的分析计算,以供确定工程规模和建筑物尺寸的依据。推求设计洪水有不同的途径,频率计算法是其中的一种,并在实践中已有了许多研究和得到了广泛应用。另一方面,在实际工作中,常常由于实测系列和历史洪水记录的短缺、有关水文概率统计理论的研究不足以及频率计算成果结合水文概念进行分析的欠缺等,致使在应用频率计算法推求设计洪水时仍存在不少问题。本文叙述了现行洪水频率计算中的一些问题,提出了对这些问题的见解。考虑到洪
