面对激烈的存款市场竞争,农行宁夏分行贺兰支行从完善激励机制入手,树立“用眼看、用脑想、用心服务”的营销理念,调动了金行员工的工作积极性和主观能动性,促进了储蓄存款的快速增长。在2005年储蓄存款“迎新春”优质服务竞赛活动中,该行新增储蓄存款7980万元,增量居29家经营行首位。其中,吸收定期储蓄存款超过100万元的员工就达28人,揽存额达3904万元,占该行新增储蓄存款的48%。在整个活动中,该行员工所体现出来的“只要思想不滑坡,办法总比困难多”的永不言败的精神风貌,是全区农行尤其是储蓄存款增长缓慢行员工学习的榜样。现将贺兰支行徐秀华、王成伟、刘梦桃三位“揽储能手”的营销方法和感受予以刊登,希望全行员工有所借鉴和启发。同时,也希望各行积极投稿、相互交流,以促进全行个人业务的发展。

In the 2005 “Saving Spring New Year” service competition, the bank added 79.8 million yuan of new savings deposits, ranking the first among 29 business banks.
