改革开放以来,广东文化事业日益蓬勃发展,充分显示了社会主义文化的生机与活力。尤其是1995年启动南粤锦绣工程、1998年实施省人大山区文化建设议案以来,全省共投入10.08亿元,完成950个工程项目,其中新(扩)建市级群艺馆6个、图书馆6个、博物馆4个、剧团3个,县级文化馆43个、图书馆33个、博物馆37个、剧团32个、乡镇文化站786个,大大改善了山区文化设施。2002年底,省委正式提出广东建设文化大省的任务。2003年9月,省委、省政府召开了广东省文化大省建设工作会议,把全省的文化建设推向新阶段。广东经济的腾飞,也带动了文化事业的发展。这与历届政府高度重视精神文明建设有关。原中共广东省委书记林若同志在上世纪80年代就大力支持发展文化事业,兴建、改建图书馆、博物馆、音乐厅等文化设施,推动了广东文化的发展。深受广大市民欢迎、认可的公共精神平台——广东省立中山图书馆,早期成立也与林若同志的大力推动有关。本文追溯了林老与广东省立中山图书馆的渊源,再现了老一代领导人重视精神文明建设的文化意识,服务群众的为民情怀。
Since the reform and opening up, Guangdong’s cultural undertaking has been booming day by day, fully demonstrating the vigor and vitality of socialist culture. In particular, since the launch of the Nanyue Fairview Project in 1995 and the implementation of the cultural construction of the mountainous areas in 1998, the province has invested 1.188 billion yuan to complete 950 projects, of which 6 are new (expanded) 6, 4 museums, 3 theater companies, 43 county-level cultural centers, 33 libraries, 37 museums, 32 theater companies and 786 township cultural centers. These facilities have greatly improved the mountain cultural facilities. By the end of 2002, the provincial party committee formally proposed the task of building a cultural province in Guangdong. In September 2003, the provincial party committee and government held a working conference on the construction of a large cultural province in Guangdong Province, pushing the province’s cultural construction to a new stage. The economic take-off in Guangdong has also led to the development of cultural undertakings. This is related to the previous government attaches great importance to the building of spiritual civilization. In the 1980s, Comrade Lin Ruo, former Communist Party secretary of Guangdong Province, vigorously supported the development of cultural undertakings, built and rebuilt cultural facilities such as libraries, museums and concert halls, and promoted the development of Guangdong’s culture. Popular by the general public, recognized the public spiritual platform - Guangdong Provincial Zhongshan Library, was also established with the early promotion of Comrade Lin Ruo. This article traced the origin of Lin and the Zhongshan Library of Guangdong Province, and reproduced the cultural awareness that the leaders of the older generation attached importance to the construction of spiritual civilization and served the people for the feelings of the people.
