体温超过39℃(口腔温度)以上称为高热。高热时一般先采用物理降温的方法降温。物理降温是指运用物理的方法,如利用热辐射、热传导或对流等方式降低体温的方法。常用的物理降温方法有以下几种。热辐射降温宽衣、松被、解包该方法特别适合于新生儿退热。新生儿体温调节功能不完善,宽衣、松被、解包通过热辐射散热,使体温下降。采取该方法时应注意胸部、腹部的保暖。传统的“捂汗”方法(如加穿衣服、加盖被褥等)不利于机体散热,不利于退烧。开窗通气即利用空气的对流作用散热。且开窗通风,有助于降低室内二氧化碳浓度,增加氧气含量。开窗通气时应避免对流风,以免引发孩子寒颤。
