目前部分DF11型机车采用跨局轮乘乘务方式,乘务员检查范围不尽相同,检修地点增多,加之自负荷控制电路设计互锁性较差,机车库内自负荷试验后仅依靠乘务员检查自负荷闸刀位置极易出错,提出在电路控制上进行互锁的思路,无论第一架或第二架自负荷闸刀位置错误,控制电路中的提示灯能够及时反映闸刀状态,即使乘务员忽略提示灯进行加载,机车不能构成牵引,强制其检查确认自负荷闸刀位置,改进后的控制电路为杜绝此类故障提供双重保险,确保检查人员在库内能够及早发现,及时处理,保证行车安全。
