脑动脉在解剖教学中历来是一重点和难点，常规教学标本是在动脉灌注乳胶后剥离轨脑膜，适当解剖而露之。或辅以脑血管模型，学员学习时较难建立共整体观和立体感，故我们设计制作了一套脑动脉组合标本，介绍如下：（1）制作脑动脉温标本：选取动脉内灌有乳胶的脑标本，剥离软脑膜，显示基底动脉环及大脑前、中、后动脉和其它相应的分支，并剖露出豆纹动脉等中央支。（2）制作脑动脉铸型标本：选取新鲜成人头颅标本，应用不同浓度的ABS醋酸乙醇溶液行双侧颈内动脉和推动脉灌注，腐蚀制成脑动脉树完整铸型标本。（3）分离脑动脉树铸型：于基底动脉环处仔细分离脑动脉树铸型，使之形成左、右大脑前、中、后动脉树铸型标本。（4）封装；用有机玻璃对标本实施配套封装。10％福尔马林溶液固定。注意①脑动脉温标本单独封装。②整体脑动脉树铸型单独封装。③铸型组合标本；将分离开的大脑前、中、后动脉铸型标本左、右对称地顺序封装。大脑前动脉铸型居前，大脑中动脉铸型居中，并靠外侧，大脑后动脉铸型居后，中间加～隔板防止交织，且每侧保持大脑前、中、后动脉树的空间立体位置关系：体会：该套组合标本，彼此弥补其不足，湿标本剖露了脑动脉的原江，整体铸型标本显示了脑动脉树的全貌，铸型组合标本突出了
