众所周知,水城钢铁(集团)有限责任公司曾一度走到破产的边缘。1996年帐面亏损20979万元,实际亏损29285万元,资产负债率高达99.13%,企业濒临崩溃。但仅仅两年时间,经过努力,水钢发生了天翻地覆的变化,从亏损大户变为扭亏典型。 回顾这两年扭亏所走过的历程,各级领导、各级部门、兄弟单位的支持、帮助,为水钢创造了扭亏的外部条件;而水钢人的思想观念的转变则是变化的根本
As we all know, Shuicheng Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. once came to the brink of bankruptcy. The book loss of 209.79 million yuan in 1996, the actual loss of 292.85 million yuan, the gearing ratio as high as 99.13%, the enterprise on the brink of collapse.
