针对目前机械类专业学生创新创业实践能力培养的需求,以“项目为抓手、平台为支撑”技能大师牵头的产学研协同创新育人工程,通过实践教学、创新项目研发、技能竞赛和创新创业实践等环节,构建完善的创新创业实践培养体系。实践证明,该体系对提升学生的综合素质和创新创业实践能力有显著成效。
