柯居涯同志这篇文章虽然长了一些,我们还是希望企业特别是国营大中型企业的厂长、经理们花点时间读一读。这篇文章就在社会主义有计划商品经济的条件下,如何做到计划经济与市场调节相结合;如何做到眼睛向内把企业搞活,提高经济效益;如何发挥大型骨干企业的优势参与市场竞争和解决企业发展中所遇到的许多棘手的问题;如何依靠广大职工加强企业内部管理,提高企业自身的素质等等,一系列大家普遍关心的问题进行了有益的探讨。当前,对搞活企业是高歌入云,对改善外部环境呼声很高,但我们在企业工作的同志头脑必须清醒,对改善外部环境和减税让利,减轻企业负担的期望值不可太高。一定要像茂名石油工业公司那样,眼睛向内,挖内潜,练内功,把着重点放在自己扎扎实实、开拓进取的工作上。不要整天盼望外部环境的改善,而捆住自己的手脚,使一些本来可以做好的工作也不去做,将企业置于一种被动地位。
