随着经济全球化的进程不断加快,企业技术创新能力已成为决定企业生存和发展的动力和源泉。对于大中型工业企业来说,培育自身的技术创新能力更加变现为能否生存和发展壮大企业。文章以内蒙古大中型工业企业为例,对内蒙古大中型工业企业的技术创新现状进行分析,旨在为内蒙古大中型工业企业技术创新决策提供参考。
As the process of economic globalization continues to accelerate, the ability of technological innovation of enterprises has become the driving force and source that determines the survival and development of enterprises. For large and medium-sized industrial enterprises, nurturing their own ability to innovate more realizable for survival and development and growth of enterprises. Taking the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Inner Mongolia as an example, the article analyzes the status quo of technological innovation of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Inner Mongolia, and aims to provide a reference for the technological innovation decision-making of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Inner Mongolia.
