心血管功能的无创检查系近年来大力发展的一项课题。心缩间期测定为人体左心室功能无创检查法之一,具有简单易行、安全、灵敏、重复性较好等特点。本文就这一无创检查的方法学、理论基础和临床应用作了评述,着重讨论了心缩间期的主要参数(电机械收缩期、射血前期、等容收缩期、射血期、射血前期与射血期之比率)的生理基础和影响因素,并列举了各参数的正常值及有关的回归方程式。对此法在心血管病诊断及预后判定、心血管药物疗效评价以及其他领域内的应用价值,也作了概括的介绍。
Noninvasive examination of cardiovascular function is a subject vigorously developed in recent years. Systolic interval determination of the human left ventricular function for noninvasive examination method has the characteristics of simple, safe, sensitive, reproducible and so on. This article reviews the methodology, theoretical basis, and clinical application of this noninvasive approach, focusing on the major parameters of the systolic phase (electromechanical systole, pre-ejection, isovolumic systole, ejection, ejection The ratio of pre-ejection period) and the physiological basis and influencing factors, and lists the normal value of each parameter and the regression equation. This method is also summarized in the diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular disease, cardiovascular drug efficacy evaluation and other fields of application value.
