作者对250例12～16岁有行为问题的中学生和2142例无行为问题的中学生应用病例对照与多因素分析对产生行为问题的危险因素进行了分析。结果提示中学生行为问题与缺陷家庭,父亲文化程度低、性格内向、酗酒,母亲患精神病、孕期不利因素、病理性分娩,幼年发育迟缓、疾病,父母教育方式不当,亲子关系差,在校表现差等因素有关。Logistic回归分析提示,中学生行为问题发生的主要危险因素依次为幼年所患疾病、父亲疾病、教育方式不当、幼年发育迟缓、学习成绩差、缺陷家庭、病理性分娩。
The author analyzed 250 cases of middle school students with behavioral problems between 12 and 16 years and 2142 middle school students with no behavioral problems using case control and multivariate analysis to analyze the risk factors of behavioral problems. The results suggest that middle school students have behavioral problems and deficient families, low educational level, introverts, alcoholism, mothers suffering from mental illness, unfavorable pregnancy factors, pathological childbirth, juvenile growth retardation, illnesses, improper parental education, poor parent-child relationship and poor school performance And other factors. Logistic regression analysis indicated that the main risk factors of middle school students ’behavioral problems were infants’ diseases, father’s diseases, improper education methods, juvenile retardation, poor academic performance, defective families and pathological childbirth.
