四川盆地上三叠统相当发育,按四川省石油管理局罗启后等(1975)的划分意见,自下而上依次为:垮洪洞组、小塘子组、须家河组和雾中山组。雾中山组,系罗等新建立的一个地层单位,广泛地分布于川西、川西南和川中地区。典型剖面在大邑雾中山。岩性可分为五段:第一、三、五段主要是砂岩夹少量泥质岩类,煤层;二、四两段以泥质岩为主,夹砂岩,产可采煤。该组与下伏须家河组和上覆下侏罗统白田坝组、自流井组的接触关系为整合或侵蚀间断。
The Upper Triassic in Sichuan Basin developed quite well. According to the division opinion of Luo Qihou et al. (1975) by Sichuan Provincial Petroleum Administration, the Upper Triassic in Sichuan Basin are: Daihongtong Formation, Xiaotangzi Formation, Xujiahe Formation, group. Fushun Zhongshan Formation, Department of Luo and other newly established unit of a strata, widely distributed in western Sichuan, southwest Sichuan and central Sichuan region. Typical section in Dayi fog Zhongshan. The lithology can be divided into five sections: the first, third and fifth sections are mainly sandstone with a small amount of argillaceous rock and coal seam; the second and fourth two stages are dominated by argillaceous rock with sandstone sand for production and mining. The contact between this group and the Lower Xujiahe Formation and the Upper Jurassic Baitianba Formation and the Ziliujing Formation is an integration or erosion discontinuity.
