建筑企业发展中一个重要问题就是完善的建筑工程管理,其水平直接影响到建筑企业的长远发展。本文在分析建筑工程项目管理的特点的基础上,结合实际工作情况,针对建筑工程项目管理现状分析中出现问题,提出对应的改进措施,希望对于今后建筑工程项目管理发展具有一定帮助。
An important issue in the development of construction enterprises is sound construction management, whose level directly affects the long-term development of construction enterprises. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of construction project management, combined with the actual work situation, aiming at the problems in the current situation analysis of construction project management, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
