生涯规划能力应该成为中学生基本能力之一,这已经成为教育工作者的共识。中学阶段是人生职业发展的重要培养期,一个人在这个关键时期所具有的职业发展的能力和目标可能会极大程度地影响他的职业成功,因此,在中学阶段尝试培养学生的职业意识、职业兴趣、职业能力,是学校教育不可或缺的职责所在。我们理想中的生涯教育课程形式应该是灵活多样的,为了培养中学生生涯规划技能,不断提升教育实践中的探索途径必将成为今后中学教育中的重点探讨内容。
