今年3月29日,江苏省响水中学初三(4)班的方怀敏同学收到中国专利局的通知,由他发明的“读弧圆规”通过专家审查,没有发现驳回理由,被授予国家专利权。全校2000多名师生为之兴奋,因为这一发明是响中建校肠年来获得的第一项专利。方怀敏是独生子女,父亲是汽车司机,母亲在一家公司当会计。
