根据黑龙江省有代表性的22 个芸薹链格孢单孢菌株对新筛出的五个大白菜(“二牛心”、97 - 3 - 114 、牡丹江一号、新一号、四九菜心) 鉴别寄主的抗感反应的一致性划分出Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ五个致病型。其中Ⅳ型为优势致病型,也是致病力最强的致病型,Ⅰ型次之,Ⅲ、Ⅴ型较弱,Ⅱ型致病力最弱。五个致病型在黑龙江省的分布与各地发病的实际情况相符合,这说明本试验划分出的黑龙江省大白菜黑斑病菌的五个致病型是正确的。
According to 22 representative strains of Alternaria brassicae in Heilongjiang province, five new Chinese cabbages (“Erodi heart”, 97-3-114, Mudanjiang No.1, New No.1, 49 dishes Heart) Identify the consistency of anti-susceptibility of the host divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ five pathogenicity. Among them, type Ⅳ was predominant pathogenic and also the most pathogenic one, followed by type Ⅰ, type Ⅲ and type Ⅴ, and type Ⅱ with the weakest. The distribution of five pathotypes in Heilongjiang Province is in accordance with the actual situation of incidence in different places, indicating that the five pathotypes of Chinese cabbage black spot pathogens in Heilongjiang Province are correct.
