在重视培养社会性发展及合作能力的时代,幼儿混龄区域活动作为一种新的区域活动形式,是幼儿社会性发展的需要,又是与我园开展蒙氏教育的初衷相互吻合的。随着对混龄活动价值的认识,我们班通过在幼儿园内开展混龄活动的实践探索,收到了良好的效果:促进了幼儿们的亲社会力的发展;促进了幼儿自信心的发展;促进了幼儿规则意识的萌发;促进了幼儿的交往技能的提高。本文将从重要性、异龄幼儿之间的表现和混龄区域活动优势三个方面对混龄区域活动幼儿社会性发展进行分析。
In the era of cultivating the ability of social development and cooperation, as a new form of regional activities, the activities of mixed-age areas for young children are the needs of social development of children and coincide with the original intention of carrying out the education of Montessori in our university. With the understanding of the value of mixed-age activities, our class has achieved good results through practical exploration of mixed-age activities in kindergartens: promoting the pro-social development of young children; promoting the development of child care self-confidence; and promoting The germination of the awareness of young children’s rules; promote the improvement of child care skills. This article will analyze the social development of young children in mixed-age areas from three aspects: the importance, the performance among different age children and the advantages of mixed age areas.
