经验丰富的老年人依然想在退休后从事他们喜欢的工作,他们是最大一块未被利用的人力资源。9月初的一个傍晚,DavidArkless走在北京街头,被一群穿红戴绿打着腰鼓的老年人吸引住了。这些五六十岁的人无不神采奕奕,身形轻盈,精力旺盛。他驻足好奇地观看,不仅仅因为自己是个外国人,更多地出于职业习惯。几天后,他将要在“世界经济论坛——中国企业高峰会”上发言,主题是“灰发中国:变老还是变富”(GreyingChina:CantheCountryGrowOldandGrowRich?)。眼前的情景令他感慨“如果你跟他们交谈,会发现他们并不希望退休,他们还想做一些事。”
Experienced seniors still want to do their favorite jobs after retirement, the largest piece of unused human resources. One evening in early September, David Arkless walked the streets of Beijing and was drawn to by a group of elderly people dressed in red and green drums. These fifty or sixty-year-old people are all radiant, stature light, energetic. He stopped to watch curiously, not only because he was a foreigner but more out of his work habits. A few days later he will speak at the World Economic Forum - China Business Summit on the theme “Greed China: Canthe Countryrow Old androw Richich.” The immediate scene made him feel “If you talk to them, you will find that they do not want to retire, and they want to do something.”
