我院原是一个只有100张床位的师医院,家底比较薄,有时做手术还要到外面去借器械,大家对一刀一剪都比较珍惜、爱护。1969年我院扩编成300张床位的驻军医院后,医疗范围迅速扩大,任务成倍增加,原有的医疗器械更是远远不相适应了。面对这种情况,我们没有被困难挡住。遵照毛主席“勤俭办一切其它事业”的教导,坚定地贯彻艰苦奋斗,勤俭办院的方针,一面加强管理,充分发挥原有器械的效能,另一方面大力开展自修自制活动,努力创造条件,保障临床需要。近三、四年来,上级陆续给装备了一些大型医疗器械,自己也添置了一部分,条件有所改善。在医院不断发展的新形势下,特别是通过无产阶级专政理论的学习,进一步提高了党委一班人贯彻执行党的基本路线的自觉性,我们坚持人员变,条件变,艰苦奋斗的思想不
