为了降低井下工作面的粉尘浓度和温度,东怀煤矿应用了一套自动化高压喷雾降温除尘系统。该系统通过净化系统将水净化,再经过冷却系统将水冷却成5℃以下的冰水,冰水经两管路流入井下,其中一路冰水经过加压后,供给井下高压喷雾除尘降温系统;另一路冰水不用加压直接进入现有的防尘管路供给采煤机、掘进机等设备冷却用水。该系统有效地解决了井下粉尘浓度大、温度高的难题,使井下作业环境得到了改善,对煤矿的安全生产和职业病防护有重要的意义。
