花椒为临床常用之品,其药用部位是果皮(壳)。花椒壳与目的性味虽同,但功能主治各异,配方不可混用。近几年,我院从药材公司购进的花椒中,含目约占70%左右,炮制只是拣净蒂梗,筛取灰杂,椒目仍然內存,影响治疗效果。过去,我们采取人工揉搓去目,人均每日只得花椒壳1.5公斤左右,劳动强度大,工效低,不便于操作,部分仍有椒目残存。近年来,笔者利用电动碾槽或脚蹬铁碾槽分离椒目,收效满意。具体操作方法是:先将碾盘顺边缘绑上一层橡胶(使用过的废胶水管亦可)固定,以不脱落为度,其意是软硬适度,以防碾碎果皮。然后将已晒干或烘干的含目
