本文应用症状自评量表（SCL－90）对2245名医学生进行心理状况调查分析，结果表明：调查对象各种心理问题的发生率在7．5％～28．4％。主要心理问题依次为：人际关系敏感、强迫、偏执和抑郁。不同年级中，以第一、二、五年级学生心理问题最多，也最严重。第一、二年级学生的主要心理问题为人际关系敏感、强迫和敌对，而五年级学生则主要恐怖、焦虑和躯体不适。不同性别学生和主要心理问题男生以偏执和敌对为主，女生以抑郁、焦虑和恐怖为主。作者建议在医学院校成立心理保健咨询机构、对保障医学生心理健康、提高教学质量、为社会培养合格人才至关重要。
In this paper, 2245 medical students were investigated by SCL-90. The results showed that the incidence of various psychological problems was between 7.5% and 28.4%. The main psychological problems are: interpersonal sensitivity, coercion, paranoid and depression. In different grades, the first, second and fifth grade students have the most and most serious psychological problems. The first and second grade students’ major psychological problems are interpersonal sensitivity, coercion and hostility, while fifth graders are predominantly terror, anxiety and physical discomfort. Male students of different genders and major psychological problems are mainly paranoid and hostile, while girls are mainly depressed, anxious and terrorist. The author suggests that setting up mental health counseling institutions in medical schools is of vital importance to ensuring mental health of medical students, improving teaching quality and cultivating qualified personnel for the society.
