The authors compared the signal-averaged electrocardiogram (ECG) and traumatic electrophysiological test of patients with congenital heart disease to explore whether there is any correlation between the two methods and whether they can be assessed. Twenty-one patients with congenital heart disease of 10.6 (1-49) years old underwent right ventricular surgery or right bundle branch block (77% postoperatively). Press electrophysiology
