分析了球磨机制粉系统的特点以及控制任务,提出了基于模糊控制规则的递阶模糊控制方法,并运用神经元解耦。根据该控制方法在电厂的实际应用表明,控制系统有效地解决了球磨机制粉系统存在的大时滞强耦合问题,提高了磨煤机的可靠性和经济性。
The characteristics and control tasks of milling system of milling machine are analyzed. A hierarchical fuzzy control method based on fuzzy control rules is proposed, and the decoupling of neurons is applied. The practical application of the control method in power plant shows that the control system effectively solves the problem of strong coupling with large time delay in the pulverizing system of the ball mill and improves the reliability and economy of the coal mill.
