2017年是实施“十三五”规划的重要一年,是推进供给侧结构性改革的深化之年,是全国个私协会系统深入学习贯彻党的十八大和十八届三中、四中、五中、六中全会精神,认真落实全国先进个体工商户表彰大会暨纪念协会成立30周年座谈会精神、积极推进我国个体私营经济持续健康发展的重要之年。面对新形势新要求,做好今年的个私协会工作任务艰巨,意义重大。中国个协紧紧围绕中心,服务大局,紧贴基层协会和广大个体私营企业需求,在广泛征求意见建议的基础上,研究制定了《中国个体劳动者协会2017年工作要点》。
The year 2017 is an important year for implementing the “13th Five-Year Plan” and the deepening year for advancing the supply-side structural reform. It is a time when the private consortia throughout the country systematically studied and implemented the 18th CPC National Congress and the 3rd Central Committee of the 18th CPC Central Committee, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Plenary Sessions, conscientiously implement the awarding ceremony of the national advanced individual industrial and commercial households and commemorate the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Association, and actively promote the sustained and healthy development of China’s private economy, an important year. Faced with the new requirements of the new situation, it is an arduous and significant task to do a good job in this year’s private consortia. On the basis of extensively soliciting opinions and suggestions, China Association for Assistance to Trade and Industry closely studied and formulated the “Work Points of 2017 for Individual Workers in China” based on the central task of serving the overall interests of the grassroots associations and the needs of grassroots associations and the general private sector.
