本品为唇形料(Labiatae)植物丹参(Salria miltiorrhiga Bunge)的干燥根部提取物制成的片剂。【作用特点】本品为治疗冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的有效药物。有活血化瘀,镇静安神的作用,对冠心病患者的心胶痛、胸闷、心悸等自觉症状及心电图的改善(主要表现在S-T段及T波)有较好的疗效,对血脂(血胆固醇)的变化影响不大。【适应症】冠状动脉硬化性心脏病引起的心胶痛、胸闷、心悸等。【用法与用量】常用量:口服每次1～2片,每日3～6片,连服1～2月。【副作用】除少数有胃部不适感及呈轻度皮疹反应外,未见有明显副作用。【临床结果】经上海市的第三人民医院、曙光医院、铁路医院及徐汇区中心医院
