准确计量二氧化碳的流量,是二氧化碳处理工艺至关重要的环节,也是气田开发动态分析必不可少的因素。液态二氧化碳的密度与温度及压力成函数关系,在不同温度、压力下其密度变化较大,且在同一温度、不同压力下的密度变化范围也很大。因此,仅计量体积流量无法准确得知实际的流量。文中重点考虑了影响液态二氧化碳计量的因素,解决了不同温度、压力下液态二氧化碳密度求取的难题,通过采用测液态二氧化碳介质体积流速及同一时间的温度、压力进行密度校正的办法,实现了液态二氧化碳质量流量的自动计量。
