目的探讨暴露于锰与噪声作业工人的神经行为功能的改变。方法本文通过分别对从事接触锰组( 83人)、噪声组(56人)、锰与噪声联合作用组(7人)作业的工人进行神经行为功能的测试(WHO- NCTB)。结果显示锰、噪声对作业工人神经行为功能都有影响,在所测的指标中有三分之二与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。从同时接触噪声和锰组与对照组的比较中显示,这一组的神经行为功能指标全部均下降。结论在通过析因分析显示,在所用的指标中有五项指标显示噪声与锰有交互作用,且通过联合作用的简易判断也显示这几项指标存在相乘的联合作用(E1+2>E1+E2),即锰和噪声两因素同时存在,其对人体的神经行为功能的危害会加大。这应引起工业卫生防护人员的重视。
Objective To explore the changes of neurobehavioral function in workers exposed to manganese and noise. Methods In this study, we tested the neurobehavioral function (WHO-NCTB) of workers engaged in the manganese exposure group (83 persons), noise group (56 persons) and manganese combined with noise group (7 persons) respectively. The results showed that manganese and noise had effects on the neurobehavioral function of workers, and two thirds of the measured indexes were significantly different from the control group (P <0.05). Comparison of simultaneous exposure to noise and manganese and control groups showed that all of the neurobehavioral indicators of this group declined. Conclusions Through the analysis of factorial analysis, there are five indicators of the indicators used show the interaction of noise and manganese, and through the combined effect of a simple judgment also showed that these indicators there is a synergistic effect (E1 +2> E1 + E2) That is, the two factors of manganese and noise coexist, which will increase the damage to the neurobehavioral function of the human body. This should arouse the attention of industrial health protection personnel.
