温家宝总理曾经指出,把培养创新型人才作为教育发展的重要目标,这需要从娃娃抓起。不仅要重视发展高等教育,努力创建世界一流大学,更要重视发展小学、中学教育,培养孩子们的创造精神,打好人才成长的基础。只有培养一批又一批、一代又一代各类人才,特别是创新型人才,中国才有希望。近期,民盟北京市委针对当前青少年的创新教育环境进行了调研,并举办了民盟北京市委“青少年创新精神培养”论坛,为加强青少年创新精神、创新思维、创新人格、创新能力等创新素质的培养,实施素质教育提供对策建议。

In order to enhance innovations such as the innovative spirit, innovative thinking, innovative personality and innovation ability of young people, Quality training, implementation of quality education to provide countermeasures.
