Drip irrigation helps produce the highest yields of crops per unit of water needed to meet the world’s growing food and clothing needs. Drip irrigation is the irrigation water dripping into the plant’s rhizosphere through the pipe network. Therefore, it can increase the yield of crops due to frequent irrigation and keep the soil low moisture tension. Some scientists have studied the demand of cotton for drip irrigation and compared it to conventional furrow irrigation and sprinkler irrigation to determine the effect of drip irrigation on water saving and crop yield. Petrasovie (1971) found that the daily water demand of cotton at different stages of growth equals 0.45-0.8 of the field evaporation. Levin et al. (1979), using cotton drip irrigation method found that in thick soil, the first irrigation the most appropriate time is when the soil moisture consumption to 50%
