党校是干部培训的主阵地,通过宣传性别意识,各级领导干部主动将性别意识纳入决策主流,对以科学发展观为指导,走中国特色社会主义道路、建设社会主义和谐社会具有积极的作用。通过理论培训和实践考察,大批女干部成长起来。社会性别理论宣传任重而道远,需要长期坚持;宣传和传播社会性别理论既要有满腔热情,又要有理论功底;社会性别培训是一项系统工程,要力争各方支持和帮助。
Party schools are the main front for cadre training. By promoting gender awareness, leading cadres at all levels take the initiative to incorporate gender awareness into the mainstream of decision-making and play an active role in guiding the scientific outlook on development, taking the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics and building a harmonious socialist society. Through theoretical training and practical investigation, a large number of female cadres have grown up. There is a long way to go in advocating gender theory and long-term advocacy. Propaganda and dissemination of gender theories are both enthusiastic and theoretical. Gender training is a systematic project and efforts should be made to support and assist all parties.
