利用欧洲腰椎体模对三家公司生产的８台双能Ｘ射线骨密度仪作了测量分析。结果显示，６台仪器间测量结果在同一分析条件下有较好的同一性，ＢＭＤ最大偏差为３％，ＢＭＤ平均偏差为１．０％。两家不同公司生产的两台仪器间测量结果有一定的差异，可达１０％以上。从测定结果所得的校正公式与国际ＤＸＡ标准化委员会所提供的校正公式之间有较好的可比性。
Eight dual-energy X-ray bone densitometers produced by the three companies were measured and analyzed using the European lumbar phantom. The results showed that the measurement results among the six instruments were in good agreement under the same analysis conditions. The maximum deviation of BMD was 3%, and the average deviation of BMD was 1.0%. The measurement results of two instruments produced by two different companies have certain differences, which can reach more than 10%. The calibration formula obtained from the measurement results is comparable with the calibration formula provided by the International DXA Standardization Committee.
