2003年春天,在抗击非典的斗争中,作为北京市第一家定点收治SARS患者的医院——北京佑安医院,不辱使命,向党和人民交上了一份满意的答卷。该院医护人员的英雄事迹已经见诸媒体,他们也获得了“全国五一劳动奖状”和“全国三八红旗集体”等荣誉。笔者想一个高素质群体的背后一定有高水平的管理者。近日笔者有机会采访了北京佑安医院的院长赵春惠。她向我们谈起了自己的业务,谈起了她所领导的佑安医院。
