党风廉政建设有新举措,这是1996年云南省金融系统五项工作任务之一。当前,党风廉政建设量化考核工作已在全省县级以上约1千个金融单位全面推开试行,标志着此项新举措如期出台。各试点单位在开好头、起好步的基础上已进入实施量化考核标准的具体操作阶段而紧张有序的工作。主要思路和做法是:一、指导思想和任务云南省金融系统开展党风廉政建设量化考核工作,是根据人民银行总行党组和中纪委驻金融系统纪检组的部署精神,在省级各行司党组的重视指导下,在地、县党委纪委领导下进行的。此项新举措,是在曲靖地区金融系统经过试点并取得经验的基础上,采取新思路、新举措,加快步伐,加大力度,实行以点带面,点面结合,以块为主,条块结合的方法在面上推开试行的。这是我省金融系统在加强党风廉政建设方面进行开创性的改革,也
