苏府办[2010]324号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区、太仓港口管委会;市各有关部门:《关于加快总部经济发展的若干意见实施细则》已经市政府同意,现印发给你们,请结合实际,认真遵照执行。二○一○年十二月十日关于加快总部经济发展的若干意见实施细则第一章总则第一条为贯彻落实《苏州市人民政府关于加快总部经济发展的若干意见》(苏府规字[2010]8号),鼓励和促进总部经济的发展,特制定本细则。
