目的:分析开展职业认知教育对妇产科护士倦怠心理的影响。方法:研究对象选取为2016年7~9月之间就职于永康市妇幼保健院妇产科的24名护士,对其开展职业认知教育,在开展前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和工作倦怠量表(MBI)对护士的心理状况及工作倦怠情况进行测评比较。结果:开展职业认知教育前护士的SCL-90和MBI评分分别为(64.2±12.1)分和(155.6±30.7)分,开展职业认知教育后护士的SCL-90和MBI评分分别为(44.1±6.7)分和(115.6±21.7)分(P<0.05)。结论:对妇产科护士开展职业认知教育能够有效的帮助其调整心理状态,消除工作倦怠情绪,提高护士的心理健康水平。
Objective: To analyze the influence of vocational cognitive education on the burnout mentality of obstetrics and gynecology nurses. Methods: Twenty-four nurses who were employed in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Yongkang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July to September 2016 were selected to carry out vocational cognitive education. SCL-90 ) And Job Burnout Scale (MBI) to compare the psychological status and job burnout of nurses. Results: The score of SCL-90 and MBI of nurses before vocational education was (64.2 ± 12.1) and (155.6 ± 30.7) points respectively. The SCL-90 and MBI scores of nurses after vocational cognitive education were (44.1 ± 6.7) points and (115.6 ± 21.7) points (P <0.05). Conclusion: Obstetrics and gynecology nurses carry out vocational cognitive education can effectively help them adjust their psychological status, eliminate the emotional burnout, improve the mental health of nurses.
