建设健康规范的市场经济体制,必须加强思想政治工作,这已为人们所共识。但是,思想政治工作在建设市场经济中要发挥什么作用,或者说它的侧重点在哪里,人们认识并不相同。相当一部分同志比较注意市场经济的负面影响,以为思想政治工作的功能主要是防止缩小这种影响,这当然是不错的;然而笔者以为,精神文明重在建设,思想政治工作更应该充分利用市场经济的正面效应,拓展自己的工作领域,以更好地为市场经济服务。
It has been the consensus that we must strengthen ideological and political work in building a market-oriented and healthy economy. However, what is the role of ideological and political work in building a market economy, or is it focused on what people think is not the same? A considerable number of comrades pay more attention to the negative impact of the market economy and think that the main function of ideological and political work is to prevent this kind of influence from being narrowed down. Of course, this is not a bad thing. However, I believe that spiritual civilization should be built and ideological and political work should make full use of the market economy The positive effect, to expand their areas of work in order to better serve the market economy.
