近年来,气相色讲法(gas—chroma—tography,GC )在微生物学中的应用得到了迅速地发展。国际上已把GC分析厌氧菌的代谢产物列为厌氧菌分类的主要依据之一。裂解气相色谱法(Pyrolysis gas—chromatograph,PGC)是在气相色谱基础上发展起来的一门新技术。它能和质谱、红外光谱、紫外光谱等分析手段联用,也能和计算机联用实现自动化。目前已有学者将裂解气相色谱法用于微生物的快速检出、鉴定以及疾病的快速诊断。本文主要报告利用居里点裂解气相色谱法对11种厌氧菌的初步鉴定结果。
In recent years, gas-chroma-tography (GC) application in microbiology has been rapidly developed. Internationally, GC analysis of anaerobic metabolites has been classified as one of the main anaerobic bacteria classification. Pyrolysis gas-chromatograph (PGC) is a new technology developed on the basis of gas chromatography. It can be combined with mass spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy, UV spectroscopy and other analytical tools, but also can be used in conjunction with the computer automation. At present, some scholars have used pyrolysis gas chromatography for rapid detection of microorganisms, identification and rapid diagnosis of the disease. This paper reports the preliminary identification of 11 anaerobic bacteria using the Curie point pyrolysis gas chromatography.
