银北种稻,几经周折和反复。这个问题不仅是农业科学上一个有争论的问题,也是进一步发展银北农业生产,有效地开发利用盐碱地的一个亟待解决的实际问题。种稻的增产效益和它对盐碱地的改土效果是无可争论的,但它的系统效果或者说它的区域性效果如何?这是人们普遍的疑虑,也是目前尚难确切回答的问题。这里定性的谈一下个人的粗浅看法。供参考。
