本文介绍了医院内药费控制的指标及措施：根据现代医疗卫生工作效能的概念，讨论控制医院内药费开支的必要性与重要性，说明临床用药要兼顾疗效与经济学两方面因素，并运用药物经济学的原理与方法评价临床用药，以最低药费获得最佳疗效。
This paper introduces the indicators and measures of drug cost control in hospitals: According to the concept of modern medical and health work efficiency, discusses the necessity and importance of controlling the medical expenses in the hospital. It shows that the clinical medication should take both efficacy and economics into account. The use of principles and methods of pharmacoeconomics evaluation of clinical medication, with the lowest drug costs to obtain the best effect.
