目的:本实验观察了单纯缺氧及反映炎症因素影响的缺氧叠加静注三氯化铁(FeCl3)所致缺氧性肺动脉高压模型肺血管内皮细胞损伤的变化及差别。方法:应用肺动脉微飘浮导管技术及电镜技术、细胞分离技术观察MPAP,CEC,NO及MDA等指标。结果:缺氧2周后,血CEC、NO、MDA升高,4周时各值高于2周组。缺氧叠加三氯化铁组各值高于单纯缺氧组(P<0.01)结论:缺氧叠加FeCl3致肺动脉高压血管内皮的损伤重于单纯缺氧组,可较好反映炎症因素参与肺动脉高压发病中的作用
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to observe the changes and differences of pulmonary vascular endothelial cell injury induced by hypoxia and intravenous iron chloride (FeCl3) induced by hypoxia and inflammatory factors alone. Methods: Pulmonary arterial micro-floating catheter technique and electron microscopy were used to observe the indexes of MPAP, CEC, NO and MDA. Results: After 2 weeks of hypoxia, the levels of CEC, NO and MDA increased, and the values at 4 weeks were higher than that of 2 weeks. Hypoxia superposition of ferric chloride group were higher than those of hypoxia group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The hypoxia superposition of FeCl3-induced pulmonary vascular endothelial injury was more severe than that of hypoxia alone, which could better reflect the inflammatory factors involved in pulmonary hypertension The role of the disease
