近年发生的热点法律事件让死磕派律师成为舆论的焦点,其引发的律师职业伦理问题备受社会关注。本文以死磕派律师为研究对象,分析律师死磕的原因,从辩护律师的职业道德出发,通过探讨律师与法官的关系,剖析死磕派律师的职业伦理问题。
The hot legal events that have taken place in recent years have made Deathknock lawyers the focus of public opinion, which has caused much concern to the professional ethics of lawyers. Based on the lawyer ’s professional ethics, the author analyzes the reason of the lawyer’ s death, analyzes the relationship between the lawyer and the judge, and analyzes the problem of the professional ethics of the lawyer.
