Since the reform and opening up, the living standards of the people have undergone tremendous changes. As people’s material life has become more and more substantial, the demands on the basic necessities of life are getting higher and higher. It is very important to have a stable residence, which places strict demands on the housing construction enterprises. For project construction, construction technology management directly affects the quality of construction. This article mainly discusses some problems needing attention in engineering and technology management.
